All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email at [email protected] or by U.S. mail to:

Refund requests must include the following:
- Player's name, date of birth and order number
- Envelope, with postage, addressed appropriately in order to mail refund
- Telephone number in case the AYSO Treasurer needs to contact you
No refunds will be issued after the the first game of the season except for the following reasons:
- The child is injured and unable to play (doctor's note required)
- The child has moved out of the area
All such refunds will be subject to a $20.00 fee and any other fees paid by Region 153 (e.g. insurance, uniform, photographs, and medals/trophies). If registrants order a uniform through Soccer.com AYSO 153 will be unable to refund that portion of the registration fee.
Full refunds will always be made to those that were on waiting lists and did not get assigned to a team.
NO refunds will be issued for the Spring programs (Winter 3v3, Alliance, ex..)
